Returns & Exchanges

At RetroStage®, we want you to feel confident in your vintage-inspired style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
